What Happens When You Die From Bone Cancer

The incomparable Margie

In front of a packed audience that the famous choreographer Margie Gillis has evolved over the last scene in the Agora of dance in his latest work Spinning . This creation is meant an introspection in the heart of the human soul and a reflection on the challenges of life. Spinning , with its main interpreter attached to a set of strings, recalls the close clinging or those we cut the strings that are knotted or those that bind us.

With a mature interpretation, Margie Gillis, moving, upsetting sometimes. Purified movements reflect a poignant vulnerability and sensitivity. Only downside: the scene where Margie Gillis is struggling in a garment resembling a straitjacket takes a snapshot of contemporary dance. Spinning remains to find an original at the Agora de la danse.
