Good news for the last morning in Thailand, the Red Shirts have retreated! It does not say they were wrong on all counts, but the methods used by both sides were very far from being peaceful. So we got out of our neighborhood, a first.
First, the park management Lumphini. We borrowed the subway which is desert before arriving at a park but certainly very great charm, and where there were more police and military as walkers. Friendly and relaxing atmosphere, nothing more conducive to relaxation as being surrounded types of armed! Clearly the district is still not very safe, it starts very quickly. This time we tried the skytrain, kind of very high RER to go to the mall in Siam Square, everybody talks about we had to see it! It's just huge, but most surprising is not the size: the amount of kitsch and useless gadgets that are for sale. You go through the neighborhood where the buildings were destroyed a few days ago, they actually have not done things by half ...
The day is always passed too quickly, and we took a bus to get to the airport, head for the cold. And yes, end of the journey ...
