Sunday, November 6th, we had the privilege of going to mass data at Sacred Heart Church, in the district Turgeau.

To start the day, guests Wils Nathalie and made us taste the traditional Sunday is prepared with love: s oup pumpkin. A true delight!

Then we had the opportunity to attend (and participate!) To Mass at Sacred Heart Church , or rather that remains is to say absolutely ruins: the celebration actually takes place in a tent Sacred Heart, amidst the remains of the building. See pictures of the church before the earthquake here and there

What a contrast to see Haitians in costume on Sunday, raising his foot to clear the obstacles piles of debris, stones, pieces of stained glass, etc.. Approximately twelve ministers of communion, who were meeting when the earthquake was felt, died here Jan. 12. Robert Lessard had composed a poem (titled Hispaniola, Ayiti, Haiti ) , wrote three weeks after the earthquake, we have read before a meeting so we moved. Love, peace and solidarity were palpable.

Then we headed to School Mark Bourque for our second visit of the week at this institution that we sponsor. We've set up a clinic and our medical team, composed of Caroline Poulin (former respiratory therapist), nurse Nathalie Cliche, assisted by Katia have provided care to hundreds of children. Care data base salaries, which are similar to wilderness medicine, but greatly relieve the children's cough, dressing wounds, treating parasites, etc.. Educational games have been distributed to students, with workshop pulp modeling in support since the children had no idea how to do. In the afternoon, the team has fallen from the mountain that houses the school, passing coffee, flamboyant and papyrus. The return was quite dangerous, yet each time the rain and on a very slippery slope. Nathalie Cliche improvised clinic bush path, encountering a few sick people along the trail.

Tomorrow, part of the group will head to the Saddle Peak, the summit countries to make a symbolic ascent in honor of the Expe-mission.
